Widely applicable: The gaps between indoor and outdoor walls, floor tiles, counters, windowsills, furniture, and corners of bathrooms, toilets, and kitchen sinks in various high-end places. For high-temperature and high humidity rooms such as swimming pools, steam saunas, and bathrooms, ceramic tile beauty seams have outstanding advantages. Especially for the docking between hard and soft materials, it has a more ideal application effect and is known as a gap beautician.
How to use
During the construction period, oil stains, loose materials, and other pollutants such as the construction brick surface and gaps should be carefully cleaned; During construction, a dedicated power assisted glue gun must be used to unscrew the cap of the sealant bottle and load it into the power assisted glue gun. The glue must be applied to component AB and discharged simultaneously; Install the matching glue nozzle, press the glue gun to apply the glue 10cm in front of the glue onto the waste paper while observing the color of the glue until there is no color difference and the glue does not scatter. At this point, align the gap and apply glue evenly with force; After gluing, use a professional pressure joint steel ball (to be purchased separately) to pull along the brick joint from one end to the other end with even force. After 2-3 hours, use a small knife or shovel to clean the surface of the tile from any remaining materials that have not fully cured; At low temperatures, the cleaning time needs to be extended; If it is necessary to keep the sealant on the ceramic tile surface at the same level after curing, you can apply decorative paper on both sides of the tile, apply glue, use a scraper to smooth along the gap, let it sit for 5-10 minutes, and tear off the decorative paper.
NOTE
Generally, construction can only begin one week after the completion of tile tiling. Before the beauty joint construction, the depth of the gap should be cleaned to at least 2/3 of the thickness of the ceramic tile, and kept clean and dry. During the construction process of beauty joints, clean wet sponges should be used to promptly wipe off excess grout on the outside of the joints. The color of the sealant will become lighter when it comes into contact with water before curing, and the color can return to normal after curing. If exposed to beauty sealants for a long time, please wear rubber gloves when operating. The uncured slurry stuck to the hands can be cleaned with clean water. Within 24 hours after the beauty joint construction, it is not allowed to come into contact with open water or rain, and it should not be contaminated by chemical substances in the short term. Avoid contact with children, eyes, and skin.
